Our Products – Polymer Delivery System (PDS)

PDS is a patented polymer based water soluble chemical adjuvant that enhances the performance of
customer supplied and blended active ingredients. The following is a list of some of the advantages realized using PDS.

Adhesion and Durability: PDS increases residual levels of customer supplied active ingredients
on most substrates first by resisting initial run off and second, by reducing wash off due to rain or irrigation.

Spreader: PDS enhances coverage of the substrate by reducing splashing.

Migration: PDS will migrate and redistribute the active ingredients in the presence of moisture;
humidity, dew, rain, and irrigation, and also as the substrate may increase in size.

Burn resistance: PDS will inherently provide minimal insulation to help resist burning or Freezing.

Photosynthesis: PDS will not interfere with the natural process of photosynthesis.
PDS
also allows the free exchange of all gasses.

PH range: PDS is neutral to slightly acidic pH 6.0-7.0

Solubility: PDS is completely soluble in soft to hard water.

SAFETY
PDS is water based non toxic, non flammable and non corrosive.
PDS is a novel delivery system comprised of inert Polymers with:
• Superb adhesive properties that allow the delivery system to remain at the site sprayed.
• Slow release properties that enable the controlled delivery of active ingredients to the site.
• Minimal runoff of chemicals into the soil and ground water

PDS BENEFITS
• SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS
• DRAMATIC INCREASE OF CHEMICAL RETENTION RATES
• REDUCE FREQUENCY OF CHEMICAL APPLICATIONS
• SAFEGUARD THE ENVIRONMENT

PDS vs. Competition

The above graph shows the residual copper, which is measured in parts per million/gram of leaf. It shows the amount of copper delivered and retained by the PDS system is significantly larger that of a competitor’s system.

The above graph shows that the retention rates of residual copper and fungicide, which is measured in parts per million (PPM)/gram of leaf.  When copper and fungicide are combined with PDS the retention rates are significantly higher.
