Agriculture - Farming Applications
Mold Solutions LLC has developed a surfactant that increases
the adhesive properties and drastically increases retention rates of the
herbicides and pesticides it is combined with. PDS has
proven to increase retention rates on crops by more then 100x what the
industry deems acceptable. PDS enables
the products that eradicate crop diseases such as Citrus Canker, Alternaria,
Bluemold. Etc. to be more effective, by holding them on the crops longer.
Production and Harvest benefits of PDS:
Economical: The use of PDS allows a longer duration between
applications, translating into less cost associated with spraying.
Environmental: PDS is non toxic. The nature
of PDS requires less chemical overall, therefore reduced harm to the environment.
Harvest friendly: The harvest product may be more appealing to consumers due
to less chemical usage.
The above mentioned claims are based on recent
field test, with extrapolated values, verified in the lab. Your actual savings
and benefits may vary.
PDS Directions For Use:
- Recommended PDS dilution mix ratios (water/PDS):
MAX. 250/1
MIN. 15/1 The maximum recommended dilution ratio is: 250 gallons of water
to 1 gallon (8.4lbs) of PDS.
- Other concentrations may be used for various
applications.
- PDS is a gel like substance in packaged
5 gallon plastic pails.
- PDS must be added to water and mixed
thoroughly, before adding any other ingredients. This insures the adjuvant
is properly dissolved prior to introducing any additional ingredients.
- Suggested mixing techniques: Tank agitation
or pump recirculation.
Mix PDS and water for approximately 1 to 3 minutes
prior to adding any additional chemicals. (Chemical compatibility with PDS is the responsibility of the user and should always be verified prior to
field
application)
- Visual clues: Initially PDS will appear
as floating particles of gel on water. Properly mixed, PDS will
appear as a soft gel.
