SMTS™ was applied to a government owned building on the west coast of Florida. This building had been unoccupied for several years and did not have any air conditioning or electricity during that period of time resulting in extensive mold problem through out the facility. SMTS™ killed the mold and has prevented its return.

A government leased building on the east coast of Florida experienced mold problems following several large storms. SMTS™ was applied with incredible results. No mold has returned.

A commercial refrigeration warehouse experienced continued mold growth. SMTS™ was used to treat the problem with continued success.
